Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

Delivery Times: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address.

Shipping Methods: We primarily use evri/Royal mail for deliveries. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 7days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns of used or damaged items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at brss250@outlook.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at brss250@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
